First and foremost please let me say thank you very much for a flawless and professional installation coordination. Ben and his team were very in tune with our needs and wishes and conducted themselves in a clean and professional manner. Secondly, I must apologize for not being completely ready for them when they arrived. I understand how valuable time is and I do not like to be the cause of “wasting” peoples time. Ben was able to install all of the cameras, get them focused and have the text overlay ready to go and I did not have the register system nor the internet operable. We ran into some serious issues on Thursday night and I was not able to get them corrected in time for your install. On top of that as I am sure you are well aware, my wife went into surprise labor Friday morning about 4 weeks early. Both mom and baby are doing great, and Ben was very respectful in allowing me the freedom, to participate in that without worry. Again I have to say thank you for a job well done.

The install went perfectly. The management was impressed with the installers and thought they acted very professional. There was very little interruption to operations and in fact the DT was never completely down. The installers actually thought of a better location to install the new system so that in the future, repairs would not interfere with operations. So far everything is great.
