HME Wireless IQ system allows for multi channel communication. The system allows up to four crew members to communicate simultaneously. 

How many headset batteries do I get, and how long does the battery charge last?

With a typical HME Wireless IQ drive-thru system, MCM Wireless provides two additional lithium ion batteries than number of headsets purchased. The lithium ion batteries typically have a shelf life of two years, last 18-20 hours, and reach full charge in 2-5 hours.

What is digital noise cancellation?

An HME Wireless IQ system virtually eliminates distracting/repetitive noise from drive-thru communication.  i.e. idling of diesel vehicles.

What is digital spread spectrum?

Prevents noise and outside interference from disrupting communications.

What is a “message repeater”, and how will it improve my drive-thru?
