- Returns
- We will gladly accept returns on any defective products. Please do not ship return items to MCM Wireless without first contacting customer service at 800.224.0032.
- Ordering
- Most orders placed by Noon weekdays will ship the same day via Fedex Ground if we have product in stock. Orders placed after noon will be processed the next business day. In the case of out-of-stock items, we will contact you.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- MCM Wireless offers a variety of payment options, including Master Card/VISA, American Express, Paypal, or company check. We will also be happy to establish a commercial account for your business. Contact customer service for details.
- Viewing Orders
- After you place an order with us, you will receive an email with order and payment details. The email contains a link that allows you to login and track the progress of your order through our ordering system.
- Updating Account Information
- Please confirm your account information when placing an order to ensure on-time processing and delivery. If you establish an online account with us, you will receive login information by email, allowing you to revise or update your account information. This is especially important if you have a central purchasing location but multiple delivery locations. If you have questions, please contact customer service.
